British government ships not in the Royal Navy have other designations. In the Royal Swedish Navy it stands for Hans or Hennes Majestäts Skepp. | ||||

| Sloop - Sailing vessel with a fore-and-aft rig. It carries a single mast positioned farther forward than aft. The fore-triangle is smaller than that of a cutter. | ||||
